Typical report turnaround
For each vehicle we itemise damaged parts that require replacement, repair or repainting and confirm that the damage is consistent with the reported impact. We comment on the pre accident condition, including any previously repaired areas not related to the current loss. Identification details such as VIN, registration number, make, model, colour, engine and chassis numbers are verified and recorded. We also provide an estimated pre accident value so claim analysts can compare it with the sum insured and make informed decisions on repair, settlement or salvage.

For each re inspection we compare the approved estimate with the work completed on the vehicle. We confirm that the authorised parts and materials have been used, check labour and paint operations and identify any non accident work, incomplete repairs or variations. We review invoices and supporting documents, highlight overcharges or savings and provide photographic evidence and clear recommendations so claims teams can adjust, recover or approve final settlement with confidence.
